The Madison model features an interior that is well-lit and feels like a rustic farmhouse in the country. There are exposed wood beams overhead (optional) and natural light pouring in through the Thermopane windows and the patio door. The house starts with an entryway offset just to the right, allowing the combined living area of the kitchen and gathering room to have as much space as possible. The gathering room has a built-in entertainment center and LED ceiling fan, while the kitchen has a large center island, double sink, and pantry. Just beyond the kitchen is a utility room with built-in cubbies and washer/dryer hookup.

The master suite brings together a large bedroom and comfortable bathroom. The master bathroom has dual vanity countertop, full bathtub, walk-in shower, toilet, and a walk-in closet. The remaining two bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the house, allowing the master suite to have as much privacy as possible. Those two bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom with sink, tub/shower, and toilet.
