The Boston    |    3BR  2BA  1,140 sq ft

The Boston model features a modified open floor plan with a little more separation between the kitchen and living room than the other models in our Capital Series. The kitchen has a large pantry, stainless steel vented hood and range. The master suite combines a comfortable bedroom with a relaxing bathroom. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks, a large tub, separate shower, and toilet. There is a walk-in closet as well. The other two bedrooms are located on the other side of the house, meaning the master suite has maximum privacy. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is a utility room with washer/dryer hookup and additional storage space.
